Your Guildi account: you know what happens to it!
Delete your account and your username, email address and avatar are gone, while your messages stay in the conversations under an anonymous name. Take a long break and several emails warn you before the account closes; a single sign-in resets the clock.
For guild leaders, the site's legal notice and privacy policy fill themselves in from a single form, and your address is never published if you run the site as an individual.

Guildi will soon be strengthening the protection of your members' personal data.
To do this, we will anonymize accounts that have been inactive for a long time and send reminder emails to those whose accounts are nearing expiration.
If your guild has members who have been absent for years, this could affect your site—but don’t worry if this applies to you: their forum posts, comments, and everything else they’ve published will remain in place.

Your guild site editor just got easier!
Creating a page is now a simple three-step process: enter the page name, generate the URL based on that name, and review the summary before saving it as a draft or publishing it for your members.
Filling it out is more straightforward: clicking on text opens its form, and a blank page immediately suggests a title, text, photo, or button.
And on a day-to-day basis, you can drop screenshots anywhere on the screen, help is available on every screen of the editor, and the labels are finally clear and easy to understand.

The RaidPlanner is now in version 2!
Your members can now fill out an availability grid, and when creating a raid, you can view your members’ available time slots or search directly for the best ones!
No more tedious daily raid entry: with recurring raids, your daily or weekly raids are created automatically!
More precise tracking and management with personalized reminders, the availability explorer, and synchronization with your Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook!

The editor for your community's site gets a fresh start: a fully redesigned editing bar, a desktop and mobile preview in one click, and the new responsive editor now switched on for everyone.
The new Quick Style dresses your whole site in a single move — colors, fonts, heading sizes, spacing and rounded corners — while a base color palette keeps everything cohesive without a second thought. Your sections' inner and outer spacing now shows live on the page, so you see exactly what you're changing.

This update brings AI directly into your editor: generate your texts in seconds and translate your articles in one click to reach an international community. No more blank page, no more manual translations.
On the management side, draft sections let you prepare your content without exposing it before it's ready. The search bar in the administration menu lets you find any setting instantly. And assigning rights when creating a member makes managing your team even simpler.

We've spent a good chunk of the past few weeks polishing your forum, with a solid dozen new features to smooth out exchanges between your members.
Members can now react to posts with emojis, mention someone with @, attach a poll to any topic, or translate a foreign post in one click. Long topics get an AI-generated summary in seconds, drafts are saved automatically, and a hover card gives instant context on a member or a character without leaving the page.
We've also clarified who can read what on access-restricted forums. Enjoy!
