Frequently asked questions
How do I subscribe?
You can choose a subscription via the administration interface of your guild site. You can select the package that suits you best and choose monthly or annual renewal.
Payment is by credit card or PayPal and the subscription is automatically renewed on the due date.
What happens to the changes once the subscription is over?
All the modifications of your site are kept when your subscription ends: CSS modifications, pages, elements, etc.
CSS editor: the CSS editor will no longer be accessible but the changes you have made will still be effective.
Pages and widgets: if you have exceeded the limit of the number of pages or widgets of the free subscription, you will no longer be able to create them. To create them again, you will have to subscribe to a new plan or delete pages or widgets until you fall below the free subscription limit.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can choose your subscription type: monthly or annual.
You can cancel easily via your site's administration panel.
If you cancel, direct debit stops at the end of the current billing period.
