Guildi is a French platform that lets you create a fully-fledged website for your guild, clan, team or gaming community in just a few minutes. You’ll have access to a forum, a raid planner, a recruitment module, character profiles, a media library for your screenshots and videos, and a public listing in the Guildi directory, which becomes visible as soon as your community is active.

A few minutes. You complete 5 quick steps (your guild, your style, your features, your account, the summary) — only the name and type of community are compulsory — then our AI generates your site in 2 to 3 minutes: text, illustrations and pages based on the features you’ve ticked. You can then edit it as you like.

No. You can add elements to your pages with just a few clicks, and change the look of your site via the Customisation section: a Quick Style changes the colours, fonts and rounded corners all at once. For more advanced customisation, the CSS editor (Premium) and custom JavaScript (Platinum) are still available.

Your website is generated in a matter of minutes, at an address based on its name. It remains visible only to you until you publish it: your visitors will see a ‘Coming soon’ page. To make it public, click on the ‘Publish my website’ link sent to you by email, or take out a subscription. A website that has never been published is deleted after 14 days (30 if you have started editing it), following a series of reminder emails.

Yes. The free plan comes with no commitment and requires no credit card, and there’s no time limit as long as your community keeps the site going. Once your site is set up, you can even try the Platinum plan for 14 days, still without needing a credit card.

Only if it is abandoned: a free site that receives no visits from members for 4 months will be deleted. You will receive warning emails well in advance – at 2 and 3 months, then 14, 7 and 1 day before deletion. Paid sites are not affected.

Guild, clan, alliance, team, company, corporation, order, brotherhood or legion: choose the name for your community, and it will be used throughout your site. You can then specify its style (casual, hardcore, competitive, role-play, etc.) and its activities (PvE, PvP, raids, etc.). The game is optional, and you can add as many as you like.

Yes, natively (on a computer, tablet or mobile). The editor shows you your page in all three formats, and you can adjust the text size, logo, banner and spacing between sections and columns specifically for mobile.

Three plans:

• Free — 15 pages, 2 themes, 200 MB of storage, unlimited games, with adverts. Forum, raid planner, recruitment, characters, media library and directory listing included.
• Premium (€9 incl. VAT/month) — no adverts, 30 pages, 5 themes, 2 GB storage, guild chatbox, directory badge, CSS editor, your own domain name, forum mentions, recurring raids and private notes.
• Platinum (€14 incl. VAT/month) — unlimited pages and themes, 5 GB of storage, multilingual site, custom JavaScript, AI-generated text, AI translation and summaries of forum topics, detailed statistics, raid attendance tracking and suggestions for the best time slots.

No. Subscriptions are non-binding: you can cancel whenever you like, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. You will then revert to the free plan without losing anything (see the next question on downgrading).

By credit card or PayPal, via our secure payment provider, Stripe. The price shown includes VAT, and discount codes are accepted.

Yes. From your free website’s admin panel, you can start a 14-day trial of the Platinum package without needing a credit card: this lets you show your guild the recurring raids, participation tracking and the multilingual website before you decide. Only the AI and machine translation features have a reduced quota during the trial. A banner shows you the days remaining, and before it ends, you’ll see what you’d get with each plan. No payment is taken at the end: if you don’t subscribe, your site reverts to the free version without anything being deleted. The trial is offered once per site, to a site that has never been a subscriber before.

Your content is retained; nothing is deleted. Pages published beyond the quota for your new package (listed in the order they appear in your menu, with your homepage remaining visible at all times) are no longer accessible to your visitors, but you can still see them. Your existing themes remain; you simply cannot create any more beyond the limit. Your CSS remains applied, even if the editor is no longer accessible. Everything becomes visible again if you upgrade to a higher plan.

Yes. Upgrading to a higher plan takes effect immediately, and the difference is calculated on a pro rata basis. Downgrading to a lower plan takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you can cancel this change before then.

No. The price shown includes hosting, backups, security and updates. There are no set-up fees. Only the domain name andemail address – if you purchase them from us – are charged separately.

Yes, for the essentials: categories, topics, posts, tags, polls, draughts, reactions, signatures, search, moderation, and Google-friendly URLs.
And even more: role-play mode with dice, @ mentions ( Premium), AI summaries of long threads (Platinum) and on-demand translation of posts (Platinum).

The standard roles (DPS, Tank, Healer, Support, Buffer) cover the vast majority of MMOs and MOBAs. For games without a role-based system, simply don’t use them. Your guild members can also indicate their availability, and each raid is displayed at a time that suits everyone. With a Premium subscription, you can create recurring raids; with a Platinum subscription, you can track everyone’s attendance and Guildi will suggest the best time slot.

No limit. Each member can create as many characters as they play, in one or more categories: all their alts are there, and your officers know who’s playing which character when putting together a raid.

Yes, with no limits and across all packages, including the free one. Does your community switch between games or play several at once? A single site keeps everyone in one place, and your guild appears in the directory for each of its games.

No. The role-play mode (RP forum, built-in dice roll feature, character sheets, spoilers) is included in all packages, including the free one: your RP community has everything it needs to start playing from day one, without having to pay.

Yes. Readable URLs, structured data (breadcrumb trail, articles, raid events), and the option to exclude a page from being indexed. Your guild also appears in the Guildi directory as soon as it has at least one member other than yourself.

Yes, and that’s what turns your guild from a subdomain into a proper address that’s easy to remember and share on Discord.
You can buy one from us with a .fr, .com, .net or .org extension: we’ll set it up for you.

From the Premium tier onwards, you can link a domain name you already own (maguilde.com).

Over 300 fonts, with a preview of how they look directly in the selector. With the Premium plan, you can also import up to 3 of your own fonts.

Yes, with the Platinum package — everything you need to welcome players from an international guild in their own language. Your pages, content and articles are available in every language, and the automatic translation feature saves you from having to rewrite everything.

Yes, from the Premium tier onwards, with the built-in CSS editor: if you want to take your guild’s visual identity beyond the Customisation options, you have full control over every detail.

Yes, with the Platinum plan: you can add an audience tracking tool, an external widget or an animation specific to your guild, without having to wait for us to develop it for you.

Yes. When you set up your site, the AI writes and designs it for you, across all packages. Then, with the Platinum package, it writes a first draft of your pages, sections and texts — guild introduction, charter, recruitment announcement — and summarises lengthy forum threads for members returning after a break.

Yes, to post, sign up for a raid or create a character. The account is free and specific to your site; submitting an application automatically creates one. Upon registration, members confirm that they are at least 15 years old (this setting is enabled by default but can be changed in ‘Legal & GDPR’). You can also make certain actions available to visitors who are not logged in via the ‘Visitors’ group.

There’s no limit, whatever plan you choose. You can host anywhere from ten to several hundred members without any changes.

With groups: create as many groups as you need (Officer, Veteran, Recruit, Ally, etc.). Each action within each feature (viewing the forum, creating a raid, voting on an application, adding media, etc.) can be authorised or restricted on a group-by-group basis, and you can also grant a specific right to an individual member.

Yes. The forum manages permissions on a category-by-category basis: view, create, reply, moderate, add images, roll RP dice — each permission can be set per category. Ideal for officers’ forums, RP factions or candidates on probation.

Yes, by email: a reminder before a raid they’ve signed up for, notification that registration for a raid has opened, an announcement about a new raid if you choose to send one, a decision on their application and, for Premium members, an @ mention on the forum. Each member can turn off raid reminders and mentions in their profile.

Yes, private messaging is included in all packages, whether for two people or a group: ideal for a discussion between officers or an interview with a candidate. New messages are highlighted in the website’s notification bar.

Yes. You can ban their account (giving a reason) or their IP address (until a specific date, or indefinitely), place them in a group with restricted rights, delete their content, or delete their account. Their name is then anonymised: their messages remain, signed ‘Anonymous’, unless you choose to delete them completely.

No, Guildi complements Discord. Discord remains unbeatable for voice and instant messaging. Guildi organises everything else: forums, raids, recruitment, profiles and the directory.
However, depending on your needs, Guildi also offers Lobby (Premium), a space similar to Discord for instant communication, allowing you to create channels and exchange messages in real time, so you don’t have to switch back and forth between your website and Discord.

Yes, for all plans, by pasting the webhook address for your Discord (or Slack) server into the admin panel. For each forum category, raid category or recruitment form, you can choose which channel receives: new topics and replies, new raids and sign-ups, new applications and status updates.

In the admin panel, from your guild’s profile page, open ‘Your Guild’s Games’ and type in the name of the game (and your server, if the game has one). The game will activate its news feeds and chat channels; it will appear in your raids and character profiles, and your guild will be listed in the directory for that game.

Most games are already listed, with MMOs at the top of the list (WoW, FF XIV, GW2, ESO, Lost Ark, Albion, etc.). Is your game missing? Open a support ticket via the admin panel and we’ll add it.

Yes: the Twitch widget allows you to embed a replay on any page. The live stream feature is not yet available.

The media library and character profiles support YouTube videos. For Vimeo, Dailymotion or Twitch, add the relevant video element to a page.

Not directly from Guildi. The Newsletter extension collects sign-ups via double opt-in, manages unsubscriptions and requests consent again when it expires; you then export the list to your email marketing tool. To notify your members of a raid, the email announcement is integrated into the scheduler.

In Europe. Your website is hosted in France, on a dedicated server with OVH, and your files are stored within the European Union. Only the AI tools – if you use them – are provided by service providers based in the United States, as stated in the privacy policy.

Guildi provides you with the GDPR tools for your website: the Legal & GDPR section (cookies, legal notices, automatically generated privacy policy, terms and conditions), adjustable data retention periods ranging from 12 to 36 months, minimum age for registration, inactive accounts notified and then anonymised, and IP addresses deleted after 12 months.

There is no automatic export function for your website. To retrieve your data or exercise your right of access, please open a support ticket via your admin panel.
If you use the newsletter, the list of subscribers can be exported as a CSV file, including the date of their consent.

First, cancel your subscription, if you have one: the site cannot be deleted whilst it is active. Then request deletion via your admin panel: a confirmation link will be sent to the email address associated with the site. Once confirmed, the site will be permanently deleted.

Platform security is our responsibility, not yours. Your site is protected by a range of measures — for connections, accounts, and against bots and spam — which we monitor and continuously update. We also regularly back up the platform as a safety measure. We apply updates ourselves, to all sites at the same time: you don’t need to install or maintain anything.

Yes. It is never stored in plain text or sent by email, and changing it logs you out of your other sessions: if you’re in any doubt, simply changing it is enough to regain control.

A member can delete their account themselves via their profile. Their account is then anonymised: their messages remain, signed ‘Anonymous’. An account that is no longer logged in is notified several times, then anonymised at the end of the retention period you have chosen.

With the free plan, yes: banners are displayed on your website; this is what funds the free service.
However, we are committed to not overloading websites with adverts: their number is limited and they are only banners. We never use intrusive formats such as pop-ups or pop-unders.

The Premium and Platinum plans remove them all.

Yes, depending on the data you have available. If your old platform allows you to export your content (a CSV file, an SQL backup of your database) or if you have administrator access to your forum, we’ll review what’s in it and try to import it onto your Guildi site. We’ll let you know before we start what can be transferred. If you don’t have any export files, you’ll be starting from scratch: the AI will create a site database for you in a matter of minutes. In either case, please email us with the address of your current site and the platform it’s on, and we’ll work through the options together.

Yes. Gamer Launch closed on 31 October 2026: if you backed up your forum using our free export tool before it closed, please get in touch, and we’ll work with you to transfer your forum to your Guildi site. Otherwise, your site can be recreated in a matter of minutes, and your guild will have its forum, raids and recruitment all in one place.

Yes, each member creates their own account on your site, free of charge, using their email address. To make sure no one gets left behind, share the sign-up link on your Discord. As for your officers, you can create their accounts yourself via the admin panel and grant them their permissions straight away.

No, as long as your domain name remains the same. Once linked to Guildi, you can redirect each old URL to its new page via ‘Redirect old URLs ’: links shared on Discord or found on Google will continue to lead to the right place. And if you change a page’s address later on, the redirect is created automatically.

Open a ticket via the ‘Help ’ button in your admin panel, then select ‘Support tickets’. You’ll receive a reply from the team that builds Guildi, not a bot.

Yes. The ‘Help’ button in your admin panel opens an interactive tutorial, the online help centre and support.

On our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram) and on our blog, for announcements and updates.

We respond to every ticket as quickly as possible, regardless of your subscription plan — including the free one. There’s no priority queue for subscribers: a new guild is just as important to us.

Yes, and we’re counting on it. Guildi is built by a small, close-knit team who read every message: many of our current features have come about as a result of requests from guilds like yours.
