Domain names

These terms and conditions apply to domain names purchased on the GUILDI platform.

The domain name registered by the customer is his property subject to full payment of the service.
The customer acknowledges that he/she is registering and using the domain name in accordance with the legislation in force and the legal rights of third parties.

We offer domain name registration through third party registrars.
When you register a domain, you declare and accept the terms and conditions of the registrar used.

With some exceptions, our domains are registered with OVH.

By purchasing a domain name, you expressly accept that it is reserved as soon as the purchase is confirmed and consequently, and in accordance with the provisions of article L221-28 1°, you waive your right to withdraw.

The registration of a domain name takes place over periods of one year.
The minimum registration period for a domain name is one year and the maximum period is 10 years.

Domain names must be renewed before the expiration date.
A renewal call will be sent automatically or manually by ORNAWEB SAS employees at least 30 days prior to expiration.

ORNAWEB SAS reserves the right to change the rate in case of a renewal request after the expiration date.

The customer has the possibility to transfer his domain name to another registrar or within the same registrar. To do so, the customer must send an e-mail request to contact@guildi.com and will receive the transfer code.

However, the transfer cannot be carried out if one of the following conditions has occurred in the 60 days preceding the request:
- Purchase of the domain name
- Change of contact information or owner
- Transfer from another registrar

The transfer of a domain name is subject to the approval of the registrars involved in the operation.
ORNAWEB SAS shall not be held responsible for the failure of a transfer if the responsibility lies with a registrar or the customer.

In the event that the customer does not renew its domain name, it will fall back into the public domain and will become available for reservation by any person.

ORNAWEB SAS reserves the right to reserve for its own use or for another of its customers and without having to provide any reason, the expired domain name of a customer.
