Buy a domain name
Having a personalised domain is an essential step to ensure your presence on the web but also to protect your name or brand.
To buy a domain, go to the administration panel and then to the"System" >"Domains and emails" section.
Then click on"Buy a domain name".
You will then have two fields to fill in: the domain name and the extension.
The extensions correspond to the end of your domain (e.g. .com, .fr, .net...).
Order an e-mail package
When you order a domain, you can only create e-mail forwarders.
Buying an e-mail package will allow you to create personalized addresses with which you can receive and send e-mails.
To purchase a pack, go to the administration panel and click on"System" >"Domains and e-mails".
If you have purchased a domain on our platform, you will have a link"Buy an e-mail package" available.
Then you will be able to select the pack you want to activate with the number of e-mail accounts.
If you already have an e-mail package you will have the possibility to buy the higher range.
What is the difference between redirection and e-mail account?
A redirection allows you to send an address in @your-domain.com to another address that you own (on another domain, on GMAIL...)
You cannot send e-mails with this address, only receive them.
An e-mail account allows you to have a personalised @your-domain.com address and to receive and send e-mails to this address.
How long does my e-mail package remain active?
Your e-mail package is purchased once and linked to the domain name: it will be renewed automatically and free of charge when you renew your domain name each year.
