Applicants fill in your form, with the questions you choose: class, role, availability, experience. Your members vote, a veto remains possible, and the recruit goes through a trial period. Your guild and its forms are listed in the Guildi directory, on the WoW: Forever page.

Each member signs up with their character and role, you set the number of spots, and you can send an e-mail reminder before the raid. Everyone sees the raid time in their own time zone, and the calendar syncs to their phone.

How do I create a WoW: Forever guild website?

My guild also plays other games — is that a problem?

No. A Guildi site hosts as many games as your guild plays, on every plan, with character sheets specific to each one.

Is Guildi affiliated with Blizzard or synced with Battle.net?

No. Guildi is independent of Blizzard, and character sheets are filled in by hand, with the fields you choose.
