Creation form
The creation of a guild site is done in a few minutes via the Create my site page on Guildi.
To create a site, you must fill in some information:
- The name of your guild
- Choose an address to access your site
- Enter the information of your user account
The address of a guild is unique and you will get an error if it is already used by another guild.
You can change the base address or use another main domain.
First steps
Once your site is created, you will receive an e-mail with the address of your site and your login details.
You will then be able to access it to connect.
When you first log in, you will be presented with an interactive guide.
We strongly recommend that you follow this guide in order to be guided on how to use your guild site: you will discover the interface, the page creation and the content management.
The guild sheet
The guild sheet can be filled in via the administration panel of your guild site.
It is an important part of your site because it allows you to tell players and potential recruits about the recruitment procedures and game modes of your guild.
You can fill in the following information:
- General information: Name of the leader, slogan...
- Type of guild: casual, hardcore, role-play...
- Your activities: PvP, PvE...
- Recruitment restrictions: voice presence, adults only...
The information you enter will be displayed in the guild directory and on your site in the guild sheet module.
Guild games
Via the administration panel, you can define the games of your guild.
To do this, simply start typing the name of a game and select it from the list.
You can then specify a server (if available) and indicate the exact name of your guild on the game.
Activating games allows you to:
- Access to recruitment by class
- To appear in the guild directory
- To be able to define a game on character categories
